Built for high-capacity applications like quarrying, mining, and recycling , this 31.000 kg machine processes up to 600 tonnes per hour. It features a Stage V Caterpillar C4.4 engine (137 hp) alongside advanced hybrid Dual Power technology (2 x 37 kW electric motors), allowing you to run the plant from an outside electrical supply or the standard on-board engine. The setup includes a fixed 7m³ feed hopper and a variable-speed HARDOX apron feeder with remote start/stop. Its high-amplitude screen box features a mesh/mesh configuration with 4.8m x 1.53m top and bottom decks. A specialized banana profile on the bottom deck maximizes the screening of fines , while the hydraulic screen box raise feature lifts the discharge end by 500mm for quick media access. Material is handled by three discharge conveyors, each powered by separate hydraulic circuits : a 1200mm Chevron oversize conveyor , an 800mm variable-speed Chevron mid-grade conveyor , and an upgraded 900mm flat fines conveyor with a belt scraper.
