The Terex Ecotec TBG 630 is a high speed shredder specifically engineered to be the ultimate processing machine for medium to large scale biomass and green waste processors. This robust machine is powered by a Scania DC16 engine producing up to 670HP (500kW), designed to provide operators with unrivalled production rates and simplified ease of maintenance. The core of the Terex Ecotec TBG 630 features an upturn rotor with a 1,100mm tip diameter and 1,750mm length, utilizing 36 swinging hammers at a speed of 1000rpm. To ensure consistent performance and protect the internal components, the machine includes an intelligent screen opening system that quickly discharges metal contaminants to reduce the risk of accidental damage. The open fronted feeder uses heavy duty drag chains and a powerful feed wheel to efficiently move material into the rotor. For stockpiling, the TBG 630 offers an industry leading discharge height of over 5m, which maximizes storage capacity and allows loader operators to remove processed material with ease. The machine is built for mobility and stability with a 35,600kg transport weight and a triple grouser undercarriage. Serviceability is a priority, as the unique layout and maintenance catwalks offer unrestricted access to both sides of the engine for simple servicing tasks.
